The Federal Support Toolbox for Integrated Water Resources is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) initiative launched in 2005, preceding the Building Strong Collaborative Relationships for a Sustainable Water Future effort. The Toolbox was created to support a growing network of partners committed to strengthening integrated water resources management (IWRM) across the United States.
This initiative brings together contributions from federal agencies, state and interstate organizations, Tribal Governments, non-governmental organizations, and other water-related entities. Its purpose is to deepen shared knowledge, build technical and institutional capacity, and foster meaningful collaboration among water professionals working at all scales.
The Toolbox serves as a centralized gateway to trusted information and practical resources that support coordinated, science-based water management and long-term sustainability.
